Synopsis:

Charolette better known as Charlie is a total tomboy. She would rather be playing mud football with her brothers rather than shopping. Maybe it’s because she grew up in a house with all boys. Her and and 3 biological brothers, and Braden. Her unbiological brother who is over at their house more than he is his own. Charlie has never pictured herself becoming a girly-girl until one day. She gets herself stuck in some trouble. She has acquired over $100 in speeding tickets, and her dad is a cop.Her dad tells her she needs to find a job in order to pay for it. She looks around at a old shopping mall. She finds a job at a complete girly-girl shop. Total non charlie style. Soon she finds herself in a world of lies. She is hanging out with a guy who has never meet the real Charlie. She tells lies to protect people from knowing about her past. The only part of Charlie that is keeping it real is her late night talks at the fence with Braden. Will Charlie chose to reveal the real her, or will she keep pretending to be someone that she’s not. And ultimately, who will she chose.

My Review:

This book was really good. There were some parts I wanted a little more romance, and action but very few. Kasie West is a wonderful writer and I would definitely recommend any of her books. She is one of my go to authors if I have nothing I’m currently reading. I loved the romance between Charlie and each of the boys she was hanging out with. Her brothers played a big part of the story in my opinion and the relationships between Charlie, her brothers, and Braden were quite interesting. I loved seeing how the book played out in the end. This is a wonderful short and sweet book that almost any reader would love. I do have to admit I did not madly fall in love with the book, but I did enojy it! The truth can change everything, and once it is out, you can't take it back.
